Can I change my ticket?
The change conditions of your reservation depend on the fare conditions of your ticket. You can review and/or change your reservation in “Manage my booking". The change request must be made before the initial departure date.
What are the check-in and boarding deadlines?
The check-in closes 1h30 before departure and the boarding closes 30 minutes before departure. At Paris Orly, you can arrive 3 and 4 hours before your departure in case of a busy airport.
How do I check in online?
Checking in online provides for peace of mind before embarking on your trip. For flights to/from the United States and Tahiti: online check-in opens 24 hours before departure. For flights to/from Reunion Island: online check-in opens 48 hours before departure. At the end of the online check-in process, you can have your boarding pass sent to you by email, then print it out or save it in the Wallet app on your iPhone or Google Pay on your Android.
Weight and size of carry-on luggage
Onboard, depending on your fare class, you are allowed to bring one carry-on bag and one personal item. However, please note that for the Bee Light fare class, a carry-on bag is not included. You can add a carry-on bag as an option if desired. 1 carry-on bag (not included with Bee Light): Max weight: 12kg Max dimensions: Length < 55cm x Width < 40cm x Height < 20cm The sum of all three dimensions must not exceed 115 cm. 1 personal item (included in all fare classes): 1 handbag, or 1 laptop, or 1 coat, or 1 jacket, or 1 camera, etc. Max weight: 4kg Max dimensions: Length < 40cm x Width < 30cm x Height < 15cm The sum of all three dimensions must not exceed 115 cm. Which meal is included in a Bee Light + or Bee Smart ticket?
Bee Light+ and Bee Smart tickets come with a basic meal. Basic meals can vary depending on your departure airport. However, they all include an appetizer, a hot dish, a piece of cheese, a dessert, and a cookie. Juices, sodas, alcoholic beverages, and hot drinks can be purchased from the Blue Café menu.
