You can use your voucher online to make a new reservation.
Your voucher value will be automatically deducted from the total amount due.
How does it work?
Redeem your voucher and book your new trip in 3 easy steps:
Step 1 - Select your itinerary, your travel dates and passenger type in the booking engine located at the top of the page.
Step 2 - On the payment page click on the button Apply a voucher or git card, select Voucher, enter your travel voucher number (starting with 396-) and complete your booking.
Step 3 - You' ll receive your new tickets within 72 hours.
Where can I find my voucher reference?
Your travel voucher always starts with 396- and is preceded by the mention "EMD".
This reference can be found in the confirmation email of your voucher request.
How do I use my travel voucher?
On the payment page click on Pay with vouchers.
In the top right-hand corner of the new window, enter the full reference of your voucher (included the dash) and click on Enter.

The answers below only apply to credit vouchers issued due to the Covid-19 health crisis.
How long is the voucher valid for?
Your travel voucher is valid for 12 months from its issuance date.
For instance, if you received a voucher on June 3rd 2020, this voucher can be used as payment for a ticket until June 4th 2021. When making the purchase you will be able to choose a flight in summer 2021, winter 2021 and spring 2022.
What happens if I don't use all the voucher value?
If the price of your new ticket is lower than the value of your credit voucher, the balance will be converted into a new voucher.
You will receive this new travel voucher within 72 hours after the validation of the new reservation.
Can someone else use my voucher?
A voucher is personal and non-transferable which means that it can only be used by the original passenger.
Can I use more than 1 voucher for the same booking?
It is possible to enter 2 vouchers per traveler on the payment page.
However, the voucher remains personal. The ticket issued in exchange for the travel voucher must match the first and last name of the voucher holder.
Example: Mr A and Mrs B make a reservation for a total amount of 500€, each ticket costs 250€.
- Mr A has a 300€-voucher
- Mrs B does not have any voucher.
Mr A has nothing to pay, the residual balance of €50 will be converted into a new travel voucher.
Mrs B will have to pay 250€ since she cannot benefit from Mr A's voucher.
Can I buy services with my voucher?
I would like to add the same services as on my original booking
In that case, don't do anything! Previously purchased services such as seats, meals, luggage, etc. are automatically added to your new reservation at no extra charge.

We invite you to wait for the validation of your new reservation (72hrs max). Once you have received your new tickets, log on to the Manage my booking section and add your services.
