No animals will be accepted for flights to Papeete, Tahiti.
As the animals are subject to quotas, we invite you to make their reservation as soon as possible.

• Checked baggage of 23kg (50 lbs) : $50 online / $100 the day of departure.
• Second piece of checked baggage : $100 online / $150 the day of departure.

- For Smart prices, 1 checked bag is already included, adding another bag is also considered as a second checked baggage.
If your baggage exceeds 32kg, it will have to be transported by cargo.

There are 2 types of UM services : UM service is for children from 4 to 11 years old. UMZZ service is for children from 12 to 17 years old.

• UM Service : child fare + $65
• UMZZ Service : applicable adult fare + $65

How does it works ? 

- To book an unaccompanied minor ticket, you have to contact our call center.
- A mandatory form has to be handed over in triplicate on the day of departure.
- The child needs to be in possession of its own valid identity papers.
- UM and UMZZ services can be added until 48h prior to departure via call center or airport desk (Paris Orly and Reunion Island).
- Reservations can be made in BASIC or SMART fares.
- Their baggage allowance is following the fare-type chosen.

Please note : for BASIC and SMART tickets, seats are chargeable as additional services. A seat is already included in the PREMIUM fare, a charge will be requested when upgrading the seat type to Maxi Leg.

If you do not choose a specifical seat 48 hours before departure, seats will be assigned automatically.

Restriction : If you travel with a pet in cabin, you cannot choose a Maxi leg seat. Indeed, you will have to place the pet supple bag under the seat in front of yours.
