How do I get my train ticket?

Head to http://check-in.accesrail.com/ within 72 hours of your departure to get your train ticket. You won't have to go to the ticket counter at your station. The ticket you get online is all you need to board the train.

Which train stations have a "Train + Air" counter?

The "Train + Air" shuttle runs free of charge every day from 7:50 am to 7 pm. The travel time between the Massy TGV station and Paris Orly Airport Terminal 4 is about 30 minutes.
- Direction SNCF Massy TGV to Paris Orly: the shuttle runs from 7:40 am to 6:55 pm
- Direction Paris Orly to SNCF Massy TGV: the shuttle runs from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm

How will my trip unfold if I take the train first

Your trip in 5 steps:
1. Head to http://check-in.accesrail.com/ anytime between 2 and 72 hours before your departure to get your train ticket.
2. Board your train. Don't forget your luggage, your children, your mother-in-law, etc. ;)
3. Once you arrive at the Massy TGV station, make your way to the esplanade in front of the station and take the shuttle.
4.30 minutes later, you'll arrive at Paris Orly Terminal 4! Head to the French bee counter to get your boarding pass and check in your luggage.
5. Make your way to the gate and take your flight.

Your trip in 4 steps:
1. Head to http://check-in.accesrail.com/ to get your train ticket anytime between 2 and 72 hours before the departure time of your train.
2. Collect your luggage at the airport and go through customs.
3. Make your way to the "Train + Air Shuttle" meeting point, located just in front of Gate 47d, Stop 11.
4. Board your train, make yourself comfortable, and enjoy the ride!

Is Train + Air available for travellers with reduced mobility?

When you make your Train + Air reservation on our website, you will have the option of requesting free assistance (also possible after the reservation under Manage my booking ).

Can I bring a pet?

Pets are not included in the package price You can travel with your pet on the train, as long as you purchase a pet ticket at the Train + Air ticket counter (or a regular ticket window).
Transportation conditions
Cages aren't allowed on trains as there is no compartment for storing them. If you need to bring a cage, then it must be collapsed or disassembled.Dogs must be muzzled and kept on a leash for the comfort and safety of other passengers. Rates.
Rates
- Fixed price of €7 for a small dog or any other domestic animal weighing less than 6 kg (13 lbs), carried in a bag or closed basket no larger than 45 cm x 30 cm x 25 cm.

Are there restrictions for the size of my luggage?

With the exception of wheelchairs, strollers, and skis, baggage dimensions are limited to:
- 2 suitcases (70x90x50 cm max per suitcase) + 1 carry-on bag (40x30x15 cm) max per person. (Provided they can be carried alone in one go)
- If traveling with a special baggage item: 1 special baggage item (130x90 cm max) + 1 suitcase (70x90x50 cm max) + 1 carry-on bag (40x30x15 cm) max per person. (Provided they can be carried alone in one go)
Special luggage: strollers, scooters, musical instruments, skis, wakeboards, snowboards, unused wheelchairs, etc. are authorized and must not exceed 90X130cm max.
Failure to comply with the baggage policy on board TGV INOUI trains may result in payment of €50 for 1 excess or non-compliant bag, €100 for 2 excess or non-compliant bags, €150 for 3 (or more) excess or non-compliant bags.

Do you offer a service for unaccompanied minors?

There is no support or assistance provided for minors in the context of a train + plane journey.
Children under 12 are therefore not eligible for the Train + Air offer.

What are the rates for babies?

Children aged 2 and over are given a seat on the train or on board the plane. Under the age of 2 train travel is free but does not include a seat. You can purchase a separate seat for your baby on the train (for €9) when you pick up your train ticket at the station
