CHECK-IN & BOARDING DEADLINES
3 deadlines to keep in mind
- Check-in opens 4 hours before departure.
- Check-in closes 90 minutes before departure.
- Boarding closes 30 minutes before departure.
Call time: what is it ?
Your call time is the exact time our check-in counters open. We cannot accept luggage before this time. We recommend arriving at the airport precisely at your call time. Please note that at Paris-Orly, you should generally plan to arrive 3 to 4 hours before departure, especially during peak travel periods like holidays.
Don’t miss the check-in deadline (CID)!
Please note: Do not miss this deadline. You must enter the check-in area by this time. For all our flights, the cutoff is strictly 90 minutes before departure.
Important:
- After this time, you will no longer be able to drop off or check your luggage.
- If you fail to respect this deadline or lack the required travel documents, your booking will be canceled and your seat released.
Boarding deadline
Boarding ends 30 minutes prior to the aircraft's departure. Passengers arriving after this deadline will not be accepted on board.
Check-in from Paris Orly
From Paris Orly 4, you can check-in directly at the Self-Service Kiosks and use the baggage drop-off.
At Paris Orly, terminal 4, a pre-boarding is carried out by the gateway in order to avoid lines. Priority passengers are accompanied by an agent and passengers in economy class can go directly through automatic gates.
Boarding may be done by bus depending on airport congestion. Our aircraft may be required to park at a more distant runway, and the boarding time will take longer. In this case, it is important to reach to the boarding gate as soon as you can so that we can take you by bus to the plane.
