Check your flight's eligibility

An email is sent to passengers eligible for the Seat Plus offer. You can also check your flight's eligibility via the « Check in Online» page or on the dedicated « Seat Plus » page.

Make your offer or choose instant purchase

Two options are available to you:
▫️Bid Offer: From the confirmation of your ticket until 3 days before departure, propose the price you wish to pay. An indicator informs you of the strength of your offer for information purposes.
▫️Instant Purchase: To guarantee you an extra seat, buy it at a fixed price between 3 days and 6 hours before takeoff.

Validate and receive your confirmation

To finalize your choice, you must enter your credit card details
▫️For Instant Purchase, the corresponding amount is charged upon validation of the purchase.
▫️For a Bid Offer, you are only charged if your offer is accepted.

In order for you to have a perfect experience, here are the key points to remember:

  • Exclusive Zone: The Seat Plus service is located exclusively in Economy Class in a dedicated area of the aircraft.
  • Eligibility: This service is reserved for passengers over 12 years old. Groups, unaccompanied minors (UM), or passengers with specific assistance (STCR) cannot benefit from it.
  • In-flight Services: Your initial benefits (meals, baggage allowance) remain unchanged according to your original ticket.
  • Refunds: Seat Plus is non-refundable. A refund only occurs under certain conditions (see Article 23 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale).

📆 When? You can try to obtain your SEAT Plus by bidding from ticket confirmation until 3 days before departure. If you prefer instant purchase, the option is open between 72h and 6h before takeoff.❓How? Easy as pie!  Access the service via the invitation email from French bee, through "Check in online" on our website, or on the dedicated "Seat Plus" page.

Not all flights/passengers are systematically eligible. Availability depends on the flight occupancy rate.➡️ An email is sent to passengers eligible for the Seat Plus offer: -  A first email is sent 7 days before the flight’s departure-  A second email is sent 72 hours before departure➡️ You can also check your flight’s eligibility on the “Check In Online” page or on the page dedicated to this offer.All passengers may be eligible for the Seat Plus offer, with the exception of unaccompanied minors (UM) under the age of 12 and young passengers aged 12 to 18 for whom the UMZZ escort service has been booked, groups, passengers requiring special assistance (STCR), or passengers traveling with carry-on baggage on their seat (CBBG).

It is the price you are willing to pay, per passenger, in addition to the initial ticket, for free adjacent seats or a full row on your flight. Minimum and maximum values are applied for each flight.➡️ Only accepted bids will be charged

- Bids are possible from the purchasing of your ticket up to 3 days before departure.- Instant Purchase is available between 3 days and 6 hours before departure. You can modify or cancel your bid as long as it hasn’t been accepted and up to 6 hours before the auction ends.✅ Once the bid is accepted:- You will receive a confirmation email- Your card will be charged the amount of your bid or the immediate purchase price- The offer can no longer be modified, cancelled, or transferred❌  If your bid is not accepted:-  An email will be sent to you no later than 6 hours before departure- No fees will be charged- You retain your original reservation
