How to get help :

In these difficult times, French bee allows you to receive a discount of up to 200€ on the SMART and PREMIUM rates available at the time of your booking (excluding promotional fares and code share flights).

  • Offer valid for 4 people in the same family. The definition of "family" as given by the IATA resolution (735C) is the following: spouse - children (including adopted children) - grandparents - grandchildren - fathers-in-law - mothers-in-law - brothers-in-law - sisters-in-law - sons-in-law - daughters-in-law.
  • Only valid for round-trip tickets Paris Orly - Réunion and vice versa, Réunion - Paris Orly.
  • Offer valid for a departure within 72 hours.
  • The length of stay on site may not exceed 14 days

In addition to this rate, French bee allows families :

  • Modification of travel dates without penalty, (a fare adjustment will be requested only in the case of change of booking class).
  • Full refund in case of trip cancellation, with no charge.
  • Guaranteed firm booking and boarding on an already full flight allowing you to attend the funeral, with the payment of a full fare ticket (class Y).
