Anti Covid-19 measures
For the resumption of our flights, we are following official advice on health precautions relating to Covid-19.
Reminder: you are responsible for checking that your documents and their validity periods comply with the applicable laws and regulations.
Prior to your departure, please ensure that you are eligible to travel by checking that you have all the necessary travel documents for your departure country, destination and any stop-over countries. Find out more
Opt for Touchless Check-in
For a touchless check-in experience we highly recommend that you check-in online 48 hours before the flight (24hrs to/from the USA and Tahiti). At the airport, all you have to do is to go to the baggage drop-off area with your boarding pass.
Depending on your departure airport, your temperature may be checked using a non-contact infrared thermometer. Your temperature must be below 38°C/100.4 °F. If your temperature is higher than this, you may be denied boarding.
Hygiene measures at the airport
As a precaution, only travelers are invited to enter the terminal. For your safety, all customers are required to wear protective face coverings into the airport.
From check-in to boarding your itinerary within the airport is marked with floor markers to facilitate social distancing.
Find out about the health measures taken by airports and the conditions for entering the terminal by visiting airport's websites:
New boarding & disembarkation procedure

It is important that you calculate your arrival at the airport according to our new procedures. Boarding starts 1h10 before departure! Check all useful deadlines to travel with complete peace of mind.
- From June 26, you will be able to bring on board a 12kg (26 lbs) piece of hand baggage and 1 accessory.

SAFETY FIRST ON THE GROUND AND IN THE AIR
Deep cleaning of cabins
Between each and every flight, our aircraft undergoes a 2-hour disinfection process using a cleaning team of 9 agents, following a rigorous checklist where all customer contact areas are cleaned with an approved disinfectant.
In-flight hygiene measures
The cleanliness of our lavatories is checked by our crew members every 30 minutes.
During the flight, we ask you to limit your movement in the cabin. The gathering of passengers in the corridors is forbidden and the line to get to the lavatories must not exceed 2 people.

In-flight service
Onboard meals are made in accordance with food safety standards, prioritizing the use of sealed products: starter and dessert in sealed packages, dish heated to 170°C.
Duty free and snacks
Since July 10th, Duty-free and Blue Café sales are available again on French bee flights except the Duty Free on flights from Paris to Tahiti via Vancouver.
Rely on our crew
Crew are well trained and by your side to help you to comply with hygiene rules and safety measures throughout the flight.

Fly Well Protected
Wearing a mask is mandatory at the airport and on-board French bee flights for travelers aged 11 and above. The face mask is compulsory from the age of 11 years old in all public transport in France since May 11th 2020, however it is strongly recommended that children aged between 6 and 11 wear one.
Make sure to take your masks with you when you disembark. For health reasons, they must not be left in the seat pockets or on the ground. You can also use the bins available in the lavatories.
- At the airport:
It is compulsory to wear a face mask upon your arrival at the airport.
- On board:
- The decree n° 2020-860 dated 10 July 2020 has made the wearing of a surgical mask compulsory on board flights. This type of mask must be changed every 4 hours. Remember to bring a sufficient number of masks for your whole family and for the duration of a long-haul flight.
- FFP2 and FFP3 masks without valve are also allowed for passengers boarding French bee aircrafts.
- Cloth face masks are not accepted on board. Passengers refusing to wear a mask will be denied.
Fresh air throughout the flight
You will be flying an Airbus A350 XWB (Extra Wide Body), probably the most modern and highest-performing long-haul aircraft. Its air recirculation system consists of HEPA filters meaning High Efficiency Particulate Arresters. They have similar performance to those used in hospital operating rooms : they are able to capture viruses with a size equivalent to Covid-19 and cabin air is thus completely refreshed every 3 minutes.
For your safety, we recommend to avoid the use of personal air supply in order to limit the droplets projection.
