2- Fill out the form and send your claim

If necessary, you can add attachments to your complaint after clicking on "OK".
3- You'll receive a reference number by e-mail
Once your complaint has been sent, you will receive within the next few minutes an automatic confirmation containing a reference number.
This form is only intended for customers who have purchased their ticket directly through French bee (website, airport tickets office, call center) and whose flight(s) have been cancelled. If you bought your ticket from a physical or online travel agency, please contact them directly.
