Web accessibility
Website accessibility means that all persons are able to access web content regardless of any disability, with a mouse or a keyboard, or through the use of specific technologies allowing them to cope with deficiencies.
French bee has upgraded its website to ensure compliance with accessibility standards. This upgrade only applies to our US website.
Accessibility settlement and tests are based on the WCAG 2.0 Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Level AA.

Passenger requiring assistance :
French bee offers different types of assistances. To make your trip as comfortable as possible, we kindly ask you to inform us when you:
- have reduced mobility
- are traveling with a wheelchair
- are traveling with oxygen equipment
- have an intellectual disability
- are traveling with service animals
- have sensory or motor disabilities
- are traveling with a cast
It is recommended that you contact us 72 hours before your flight to require a special assistance. Please note, French bee is not able to carry stretchers on its flights. If you need additional information, do not hesitate to contact our Call Center:

Passengers with visual or hearing impairment :
Whether you are visually or hearing impaired, we do our best to make your trip as safe and pleasant as possible. To be able to travel in the best possible conditions, you must be able to do the following tasks on your own:
- Buckle up your seatbelt
- Retrieve and adjust a lifejacket
- Reach an emergency exit without assistance
- Put on an oxygen mask
- Understand safety instructions provided by the cabin crew (orally or visually)
If you are unable to fulfill the requirements listed above, or if you are hearing and visually impaired (with both disabilities), you must be accompanied by a travel partner who is able to provide you with the necessary assistance. Your travel partner must be aged at least 16 or above. If you are visually impaired, you may be accompanied by a guide dog.
Our cabin crew cannot assist you with the tasks listed above on board the flight
If you are hearing and/or visually impaired, we kindly ask you to inform us via our Call Center at least 48 hours prior to your departure. You can reach our Call Center at:

How to book an assistance online:
Online :
French bee offers you the possibility to easily book your assistance while you are making your reservation on the French bee website. First, start to make an online reservation. When you have chosen your itinerary (dates and destination) you can choose the services you want to add to your flight. At this moment, you will find the possibility to add an assistance:
- If you want to inform us that you are hearing or visually impaired, please select "Special Attention".
- If you need a wheelchair from check-in to the boarding area, for your personal convenience, you can also choose " Special Assistance".
These types of assistance can also be added to an already existing reservation. To do so, click on “manage my booking” on the French bee homepage and fill out your name and reservation number.
